UK Express Delivery (weekdays) = £6
UK Express Delivery (Saturday delivery) = £8.50

European Airmail  - £1.50.
European Airsure (faster) - £6.50.

Worldwide Airmail Shipping (not USA or Canada) - £2.50.
Worldwide Airsure faster service (not USA or Canada) - £8.00.

We do not ship to USA or Canada at all for business insurance reasons.


Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore we offer top quality products in terms of material and workmanship. Faulty items will always be replaced free of charge.

With the exception of custom engraved products, if you are not happy with anything you purchase, or you have made the wrong choice, you may return goods. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

You will need to pay the return postage on any returned products and postage & packaging if replacement products are sent.

Please note that custom engraved products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty, not as described or not as requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality Guarantee

We pride ourselves on top quality workmanship and top quality products. If we have made a mistake with your order then please contact us and we will do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.

Any item which is found to be faulty will be repaired or replaced free of charge if brought to our attention within 3 months of purchase. After this time any damage will be considered to be 'wear and tear'. We are happy to repair items damaged by accident or by 'wear and tear' for the charges stated below.

 

Care of Jewellery

We recommend that our jewellery is not worn whilst sleeping, cleaning, bathing, showering, in a hot tub or swimming pool. Chemicals used in such processes will damage jewellery parts.

Our jewellery is strung on high quality professional beading wire but this will wear eventually with regular use. For this reason re-stringing of jewellery is recommended periodically depending on how often the jewellery is being worn.

 

Re-sizing and repairs

We understand that it can be difficult to obtain a wrist measurement when buying jewellery as a gift. When making children's jewellery we work to universal jewellery measurements (based on the age of the child) which we find to be accurate 99% of the time. Any item of children's jewellery which is not a good fit can be resized for free if it is returned within 1 month of purchase. Please contact us to arrange this.

All our jewellery is tested regularly for strength and safety and we find that breakages are extremely rare. However no jewellery is completely indestructible.

If you would like a bracelet repaired or resized we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Restringing, resizing or Repair prices are as follows:

Sterling silver jewellery - £5 per strand plus the cost of any parts needed.

Non silver jewellery - £2 per strand plus the cost of any parts needed.

These prices include return p&p.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery within the UK is FREE on all orders!

We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and most other countries worldwide.

We do not deliver to addresses in the USA, Canada or North Africa for business insurance reasons.

The postal services we use are as follows:

Orders up to £100 -Royal Mail First Class post or Recorded Delivery. Higher value orders are sometimes split and sent in two separate parcels by Recorded Delivery.

Orders over £100 - Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured, next day service).

All orders are made and dispatched within 3 days of receipt of cleared payment.

We also offer an Express Delivery Service for all orders of up to 15 items. Please contact us for larger orders.

Consumer Rights: When you buy goods on the internet you have the same rights as if you purchased on the high street. In addition, you have the right to a seven-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the goods, with the right to a full refund regardless of the reason for return. However, this doesn't apply in some situations, for example if the goods were custom made and/or personalised for you, or if they are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
